Terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing an order on any products from our online store. By ordering any of our products, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Current lead time is 3 weeks. (Excluding weekends, public holidays and delivery time)

2. Dear customers, please do take note that 'Lead Time' is for us to make your items, sometimes it will be earlier or later depending on time allocation and availability. We will mail it out once your order is ready and done. Lead time does not include delivery time, delivery time will take 1-3 days depending on courier. If you do not wish to receive the items earlier, please do indicate at the 'Notes' section of your preferred week eg. (12/01/2022-19/01/2022). However if you wish to expedite (get within a week) there will be a charge of $10 for first 2 items. Or you can opt for scheduled delivery (any date should you require) at an imposed charge of $15.

3. Please note that all our items are handmade upon order.

4. If you receive damaged or defective goods, such as items with dampness, husk droppings due to improper sewing, or any dirt, please contact us within 3 days. You can either send us a message or direct message us on Instagram with a picture of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter. Please note, some issues may arise due to improper handling during logistics.

5. Please note that we process orders one at a time. After you place your order, we won’t be able to immediately confirm if there’s enough fabric for your entire order. You’ll only be notified if there’s an issue once we’ve finished processing previous orders. This can result in a bit of lead time before we can update you on fabric availability. During the process, errors may occur, and we might need to redo an item, which could affect the fabric stock for your order. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee fabric availability until that point.

6. If a fabric isn’t marked as ‘out of stock,’ it doesn’t always mean we have enough for large orders(eg, Bundle set). Some fabrics might only have enough for smaller items like beanhusk pillows. If this happens with your order, we’ll reach out to let you know and suggest a few alternatives. You can then share your preferred fabric choices, and we’ll update you on which ones are available for your larger order. In the event that no preferred fabric or alternative options are available, we will reach out to you to provide suitable alternatives. You will then have the option to either choose a replacement or request a refund.

7. Colours of the item might have slight difference from the actual product due to the lightning. 

8. Please note that different fabrics are made from different materials. We offer Spandex, Cotton, Organic Cotton, Minky, and Flannel. If you would like to know more about the specific fabric material you have selected, feel free to reach out, and we'll be happy to provide further details.

9. Please note that prints on the fabric may vary due to the way the fabric is cut. The images shown on our media are for illustrative purposes only.

10. Please note that measurements may vary by 0.5-1cm (+/-) as all items are handmade, and precision cannot be guaranteed.

11. Please note that the weight of the beanhusks may vary. For example, a standard 30x13cm beanhusk typically weighs 130g (+/-), while a 40x15cm beanhusk weighs around 210g (+/-). Our beanhusks are fresh, sterilized, and produced in Singapore, ensuring the highest quality of beansprout husk products.

12. Please note that each design comes with only one background color variant. If you notice two background color options, it may be due to the minky backing color overlapping the fabric design, which can result in a blue or pink hue. If you’d like to confirm the fabric background color before placing your order, feel free to contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp.

13. If no option is selected for embroidery placement or thread color, we will default to placing the embroidery at the bottom right and select the most suitable thread color for you.

14. Please note that due to the nature of custom handmade items, there may be slight impurities or imperfections. Kindly purchase only if you are comfortable with this.

15. For single-sided name embroidery, please note that it can only consist of one language. If you would like dual-language name embroidery, an additional charge of $3 will apply. 

16. All orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

17. Please pardon any delayed replies. We may take some time to respond as we could be away for work or attending to our children. Rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as we can. We appreciate your understanding.

18. Please allow us some time to create your items. If you have an urgent order, you can opt for expedited processing to receive your customized items within 1 week (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Please note that there will be a surcharge of $10 for the first 2 items, and $4 for each additional item.

19. For preorders, you may place an order in advance to secure the fabric of your choice. However, please note that once the order is made, no changes can be made to the minky, fabric, fonts, font color, or items. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
