Terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing order on any products from the online web store. You should read and understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

 

1. Current lead time is 3 weeks. (Excluding weekends, public holidays and delivery time)

2. Dear customers, please do take note that 'Lead Time' is for us to make your items, sometimes it will be earlier or later depending on time allocation and availability. We will mail it out once your order is ready and done. Lead time does not include delivery time, delivery time will take 1-3 days depending on courier. If you do not wish to receive the items earlier, please do indicate at the 'Notes' section of your preferred week eg. (12/01/2022-19/01/2022). However if you wish to expedite (get within a week) there will be a charge of $10 for first 2 items. Or you can opt for scheduled delivery (any date should you require) at an imposed charge of $15.

3. Please note that all our items are handmade upon order.

4. (Upon receiving the goods within 3 days) If you received damaged/defect goods, damp, husk dropping due to improper sewing or dirty. Do give us a text or drop us a dm at instagram with a picture of the issue, and we can work things out for you. Issues may arise due to improper handling or logistics.

5. In the event if the fabric is out of stock/ isn't enough to make your order, we will contact you and provide you with the available options to either change or refund.

6. Colours of the item might have slight difference from the actual product due to the lightning. 

7. Do note that different fabrics have different type of materials. We have Spandex, Cotton, Organic Cotton, Minky and Flannel. Please do let me know if you need to know what type of fabrics material you have chosen. 

8. Prints on the fabric is totally random due to the cut of the fabric. Pictures on medias are for illustrations only.

9. Do take note of the measurements, as it might be off 0.5-1cm +/- as it is handmade, measurements are not precise.

10. Weight of the beanhusks vary too, standard beanhusk 30x13cm will have a weight of 130g+/- , 40x15cm will have a weight of 210g +/-. Our beanhusk are fresh, sterilized and made in Singapore’,  producing and maintaining the highest quality of beansprout husks products. 

12. Please do take note that there will only be only one variant of background color for each design, if you happen to see 2 background color variants, it might be the minky backing color overlapping the fabric design hence the background color changes to blue/pink. You can chat us up on Instagram or via WhatsApp to confirm the fabric background color before placing your order.

13. In the event that you happen to see this particular fabric in the buckwheat/beansprout husks pillow section but is unable to find it under the fabric design section. This means that the fabric is not enough to make a bundle, and is only enough to make husks pillows.

14. In the event that there isn’t any option chosen for the Embroidery placement or Thread color. We will go with the default placement for embroidery (bottom right). And we will choose the most suitable thread color for you. 

15. Please do note that there may be some impurities/imperfections on items due to the nature of custom handmade items, please do understand and purchase only if you are comfortable. 

16. For single side name embroidery, please be reminded that it can only consist of one language. If you want dual language name embroidery, there will be a charge of $3. 

17. All orders are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.

18. Please pardon us for late replies. We might take some time to reply messages, as we might be away for work and taking care of kids. But rest assured that we will reply asap once we have the time. We hope for your understanding. 

19. Please allow us some time to make your items. If you have any urgent orders you can always opt for urgent orders to receive customized items in 1 week, there will be a surcharge. Surcharge will be $10 for all the first 2 items and subsequent items at $4 each.

20. For preorder, you may preorder in advance to secure the fabric that you want. However, it will be strictly no changing of minky, fabric, fonts, font color or items after order is made. No refunds, no exchange and no cancellation.
