FONT DISCLAIMER
1. Case Sensitivity: Please pay close attention to capitalization when providing the name for embroidery, as it is case-sensitive.
2. Name Layout: For names that are longer and contain spaces, we recommend arranging the name in a 2 or 3-tier layout to enhance visual appeal. If you have a specific preference for the layout—such as a single-tier or a two-tier format—please indicate your choice in the note section during the checkout process. 3. Letter Count: The maximum allowable letter count for the name is 20 characters. It is important to note that as the length of the name increases, the size of the embroidery will decrease proportionately. Therefore, longer names may not be as prominently displayed as shorter ones.
4. Chinese Name Characters: For customers who wish to include Chinese characters in their embroidery, please be aware that the default font will be applied. If you have specific requirements for fonts, please let us know in advance.
5. Font Preview: The fonts we use have specific dimensions regarding their spacing, length, and width. The font preview provided is meant to offer a general idea of how the name will appear once embroidered. Please understand that the final embroidery may differ slightly from the preview due to the nature of the embroidery process, which is not an exact replication of digital designs.
6. No Draft/Preview Requests: We do not accommodate requests for drafts or additional previews prior to final production. The font preview you see is intended to serve as a representative example of what you can expect as the finished product.
7. No Refunds/Exchanges: Please note that we uphold a strict policy of no refunds or exchanges. This applies in cases where the final product may differ from the preview regarding scale or appearance. Your acknowledgment of this policy is required when placing your order.
