FONT DISCLAIMER

 

1. Case Sensitive, please indicate properly on the capitalization.
2. Do take note that for longer names with spacings, it will be in 2 tier or 3 tier for the best outlook of the overall product. If you have any specifics to either have the name in 1 tier/2 tier, you can write in the note section when you check out the product.(view our Instagram page for examples.)
3. There is a maximum letter count of 20. But do take note that the longer the name, the smaller the name embroidery will get.
4. For Chinese name characters, the font will be by default.
5. The fonts have their individual spaces, lengths and widths. Preview fonts are for you to have a better gauge of how the name will turn out to be. Embroidery may have slight differences. It is not a direct replication.
6. There will be no draft/preview on request, as this application is set up for the font preview.
7. Strictly no refunds and no exchange, should the preview of the fonts scale, weigh differs from finished products.
8. By agreeing to the font preview, we reserve the right for doing minor adjustment or alignment if it does not line up appropriately.
