FONT DISCLAIMER

 

1. Case Sensitivity: Please ensure the capitalization is correct, as it is case-sensitive.

2. Name Layout: For longer names with spaces, the name may be arranged in 2 or 3 tiers to achieve the best overall look. If you prefer a specific layout (1-tier or 2-tier), please mention it in the note section during checkout. (You can view examples on our Instagram page.)

3. Letter Count: The maximum letter count is 20. Please note that the longer the name, the smaller the embroidery will be.

4. Chinese Name Characters: For Chinese characters, the default font will be used.

5. Font Preview: Fonts have specific spaces, lengths, and widths. The font preview is intended to give you a general idea of how the name will look. Embroidery may slightly differ from the preview, as it is not an exact replication.

6. No Draft/Preview Requests: We do not provide drafts or previews upon request, as the font preview is designed to give you an idea of the final product.

7. No Refunds/Exchanges: There will be no refunds or exchanges if the final product differs from the preview in scale or appearance.

8. Minor Adjustments: By agreeing to the font preview, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to make minor adjustments or alignments to ensure the embroidery is properly positioned.
