After Care

1. For the bolsters and pillows, you can take out the outer cover and hand wash it carefully, don’t put into the washing machine as it might damage the threads.

2. The inner pillows, bolsters and beansprout pillow, can be bask under the sun. (Remember to watch out for rain as it will damage the pillows and bolsters very easily).

3. For minky blanket, you must also hand wash it to prevent it from turning fuzzy and damaging the threads.

4. As for the strap, you can just hand wash it together with the pillows and bolsters.

5. For any other customization that has embroidery on it, it is best recommended to handwash it to prevent damaging the threads/ruin the embroidery.

6. Baby items are best recommended to handwash, as baby’s skin are super sensitive, it is always better to be safe than sorry!

7. We do also offer after care service at your own cost/transport/courier. We offer free resewing of broken threads on the seams. Send us a picture via WhatsApp +6596545900 of the problem, so we can advise further. Holes/discoloration, are not repairable, however we do offer a 5% discount on any purchase, e.g. covers/new items etc, to returning customers. But do take note that item will not be 100% satisfactory, but we will do our best to get it back to it's best shape.
