After Care

  1. Bolsters and Pillows: You can remove the outer cover and hand wash it carefully. Please avoid using the washing machine, as it may damage the threads.

  2. Inner Pillows, Bolsters, and Beansprout Pillows: These can be placed under the sun to air dry. Please ensure you protect them from rain, as it can easily damage the pillows and bolsters.

  3. Minky Blankets: Minky blankets should be hand washed to prevent fuzziness and damage to the threads.

  4. Straps: Straps can be hand washed along with the pillows and bolsters.

  5. Embroidered Items: For any customizations with embroidery, we recommend hand washing to avoid damaging the threads and ruining the embroidery.

  6. Baby Items: We highly recommend hand washing baby items, as babies’ skin is very sensitive. It's always better to be safe than sorry!

  7. Aftercare Service: We offer aftercare services at your own cost for transport/courier. We provide free resewing of broken threads on seams. If you experience any issues, please send a picture via WhatsApp at +6596545900, and we’ll advise you further. Please note that holes or discoloration cannot be repaired, but we offer a 5% discount on any future purchase (e.g., covers or new items) for returning customers. While the item may not be restored to its original condition, we will do our best to bring it back to its best shape.
